Summary:
LaunchBox Global is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and help ensure smooth human resource processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timesheets
- Assist in payroll coordination and HRMS updates
- Support employee engagement and internal communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist management with HR reports and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
